Pole
Confirming to ASTM-A500 Grade C with a minimum yield strength of 50,000 PSI.
Wall thickness available in 11 gauge (.120″) or 7 gauge (.180″).
Pole Cap
A removable polycarbonate pole cap is included. Special color available on special request.
Hand Hole
Cast iron reinforced hand hole with cover, ground screw, and backbar.
Base Plate
4-bolt steel plate base flange of fabricated carbon steel conforming to ASTM A36 with a minimum yield strength of 36,000 PSI, with a 2-piece base cover and attaching hardware.
Base Cover
Poles are provided with a two-piece formed steel base cover that is easily assembled and fitted over the pole base. (order separately)
Anchorage
Anchorage kit will include four (4) L-shaped galvanized steel anchor bolts conforming to ASTM F1554 Grade 55 with a minimum yield strength of 55,000 PSI.
Different bolt size fits different pole sizes. (order separately)
Vibration Damper
If determined necessary by Morelux, or if specified by the customer, a first and/or second mode vibration damper will be provided. (order separately)
Finish
Textured architectural bronze powder coated, galvanized, or powder coated over galvanized finish per customer specification.
Special color available per customer request.
